Job Summary

As an Account Executive at Mango Voice, you will focus on managing inbound leads and converting them into long-term customers by promoting our cloud-based communication solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with prospects who have expressed interest in our services, provide tailored product demos, and effectively address their needs to close sales. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, a passion for technology, and the ability to convert inbound opportunities into satisfied, loyal customers.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and engage with inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and other channels.
  • Qualify leads to ensure they meet Mango Voice’s ideal customer profile and align with our product offerings.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to the specific needs and goals of each prospect.
  • Guide prospective customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to closing, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that inbound lead generation efforts are aligned with sales goals.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with inbound prospects, providing ongoing support and expert advice to help them choose the right solutions for their business.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals and meet sales targets.
  • Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track and manage inbound leads, sales activity, and progress through the sales funnel.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to convert inbound leads into customers while meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering value and building long-term relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
