Server/Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with patrons, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment. Experience in the food and beverage industry is essential, as well as familiarity with various POS systems.

Responsibilities

• BILINGUAL is required(spanish, english)
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Manage inventory by restocking supplies as needed and keeping track of product levels.
• Handle cash and process transactions accurately using POS systems, including Aloha POS.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations while serving alcohol responsibly.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a nightclub or restaurant setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail preparation is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with catering services is a plus.
• Strong hospitality skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere for guests.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs effectively.
• Experience in the food industry is beneficial but not mandatory.

Pay: $12.00 per hour
