What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll
- Develop and implement financial policies and controls to optimize efficiency and minimize risk
- Lead the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP
- Partner with leadership on financial planning, investment decisions, and business strategy
- Manage external audits and regulatory filings, ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Utilize ERP systems (preferably Epicor) to streamline financial operations and reporting
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability, reduce costs, and enhance financial processes
