We’re hiring an Executive Assistant with experience in a privately held or family-owned business to support our Group CEO and Executive Leadership. The key to this role is managing all the details, enabling leadership to focus on strategic priorities and operate efficiently. This role is based (hybrid) in our Chicago office. The annual salary range for this role in the Chicago market is $75k - $95k in base pay, exclusive of any bonuses or benefits, and the base pay offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis based on experience, skills, training, certifications, education, etc., and will be informed by market data. Benefits include options for healthcare plans, paid time off and parental leave, plus a 401(k) match.
Responsibilities
- Manage Group CEO’s and executive calendars, coordinating and prioritizing meetings and appointments.
- Arrange travel for Group CEO and Executive Leadership upon request.
- Manage, process and reconcile expenses.
- Organize executive events (luncheons, meetings, team-building activities).
- Handle Group CEO’s personal tasks as requested.
Requirements
- 5 years executive-level administrative support experience.
- Experience supporting executive team in a privately held or family-owned business.
- Hybrid work schedule: 3-4 days in the Chicago office, the other days can be remote.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time and project management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to initiate and follow-through on tasks efficiently and independently.
- Ability to multi-task, assess priorities, and always maintain composure, confidentiality and diplomacy.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Salary : $75,000 - $95,000
