What You’ll Do:
- Lead operations to ensure Manly Bands hits the company’s short and long-term goals.
- Identify opportunities to improve scalability and efficiency.
- Mentor, lead and develop department managers and their respective teams to ensure optimal performance and professional growth.
- Develop and implement cost control measures and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
- Foster an improvement culture throughout the company to optimize inventory management, reduce manufacturing lead times, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with operational processes, including those related to health and safety standards.
- Work closely with other departments, including Product Development, Marketing, Finance, and People, to ensure seamless integration of operational processes with broader company goals.
- Support product development in scaling operations for new product launches and initiatives.
- Measure the effectiveness of all processes (budget, operations, and management, etc.)
- Determine the company's strategic growth as part of the executive team
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and projects
What You’ll Have:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Certification in PMP, Lean Manufacturing, and/or Six Sigma; demonstrated experience may be substituted for certification
- Operations Management:10 years of hands-on experience leading operations and operation teams effectively.
- Project Management: Experience in leading projects and initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills to manage and inspire teams.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the company's goals.
- Financial Acumen: Understanding of budgeting, financial planning, and cost-benefit analysis.
- People Management: Skills in recruiting, training, and motivating employees.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing data to optimize operations and make informed decisions.
- Technology Savvy: Familiarity with the latest technologies and how they can improve efficiency.Extensive experience working in a sales environment, specifically in eCommerce
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Presentations)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Salary : $140,000 - $170,000
