About the Role
Our California offices are expanding. We are seeking litigation associates to join our Team. The ideal candidate will work on a diverse range of Transportation cases, including Automobile and Trucking, Catastrophic Injuries and Insurance Fraud / SIU cases. The candidate will work closely with senior associates and partners daily, engaging in all phases of litigation—from case evaluation and discovery to trial presentation—focusing on strategic thinking to achieve client goals. We seek candidates who are eager to learn, highly self-motivated, and interested in long-term professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Attending Court hearing, managing discovery, including propounding and responding to discovery, as well as taking and defending depositions.
- Proactively managing communications with clients throughout the course of litigation.
- Timely and accurate reporting to our clients, ensuring compliance with their case management requirements.
