As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be part of the finance department supporting the accounts payable operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job
- Work with integrated ERP accounts payable software.
- Utilize specific knowledge of IBM systems and Infor / MAPICS software in a manufacturing environment.
- Open mail and date stamp invoices.
- Match invoices with electronic vendor receipts and enter invoices in MAPICS software.
- Prepare AP checks, bank wires, and Bank ACH payments, match with invoices, and submit for approval.
