Our client, is seeking a Collections Representative to join their team. As a Collections Agent, you will be part of the Collections Dept supporting Loan Services. The ideal candidate will have Collections experience, phone etiquette and great customer service skills which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title : Collections Agent
Location : Whiteville, NC
Pay Range : $15 / hr
What's the Job?
Collect delinquent accounts in a timely, orderly and professional manner while following all standardized collections procedures
Make supervisor aware of problem accounts that may result in repossession, foreclosure, or charge-off.
Place or receive calls in priority order as established by management
Negotiate payment arrangements with clients to cure delinquency, evaluating ability and willingness to pay.
Document all collection efforts for each assigned account in accordance with established procedures What's Needed?
Meet performance expectations for collection efforts for assigned accounts based upon individual goals and objectives
Previous customer service, collections, or sales experience
Ability to utilize Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoin What's in it for me?
