Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a Project Manager – Data Engineering to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Data Engineering department supporting critical data initiatives. Job Title : Project Manager – Data Engineering
Location : Tampa, FL
Pay Range : $75 / hr - $80 / hr
What's the Job?
Function as a primary point person representing key initiatives including program metrics, data concern remediation, and other initiatives at the direction of Data Engineering leadership.
Develop program plans with clear objectives, timelines, and resource requirements while establishing robust governance structures and communication channels.
Drive the execution of program initiatives by providing guidance and support to project teams, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions, implementing monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to track program performance.
Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders and lead change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes or systems.
What's Needed?
Minimum 8-10 years of successful program management experience.
Proven ability to lead and develop cross-functional teams.
Strong strategic mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder engagement expertise.
Experience leading change efforts and thriving in dynamic environments.
