Job Title : Talent Acquisition Specialist Sr
Location : Columbus, OH (Hybrid) of Tulsa, OK
What's the Job?
Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to determine staffing needs.
Screen resumes, interview candidates, and administer assessments to recommend placements.
Utilize traditional and nontraditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates.
Manage the internal transfer process and ensure compliance with federal / state laws.
Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external clients to achieve staffing goals.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree required; degree in human resource management or related field preferred.
Five years of corporate experience in recruitment and placement of professional and management level positions.
Three years of experience working with electronic applicant systems and internet recruiting sources.
Valid driver's license.
Strong business acumen and consulting / coaching skills.
