As a Technical Trainer, you will be part of the Customer Service & Technical Support department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer service mindset, and excellent project management abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Coordinate and facilitate technical training sessions, including classroom, hands-on, and remote learning.
Serve as the content owner for technical training, designing and storyboarding training materials.
Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and technical writing teams to ensure cohesiveness and brand consistency.
Evaluate training effectiveness through learner feedback and knowledge / skill demonstration; drive continuous improvement in our training delivery.
Translate business needs to training requirements by assessing product / process audits and performance metrics.
What's Needed?
Educational or practical experience working in Mechanical and / or Electrical Engineering or a supporting function to these fields.
5 years of experience in teaching, instructional delivery, and / or training.
Skilled at conveying mechanical and electrical engineering technical concepts and ideas simply and clearly.
Strong communication and facilitation skills, including presenting, listening, questioning, and time management.
Willingness to travel internationally 25-40% to meet customer training schedules.
