Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to : Provide program Project Management support on various projects as neededLead projects related to ServiceNow development.Responsible for project management related to ServiceNow and Program Service Delivery improvements, including planning, communication, change management, quality control, stakeholder alignment, issue resolution, and conflict management.Gathering, reviewing, and analyzing Program ServiceNow requirementsWrite all required ServiceNow development stories by working and documenting requirements from management and key stakeholders.Provide direct support to the ServiceNow manager and development teamCreate and prepare required Reporting for ServiceNow development teamDefine configuration and specifications for all ServiceNow storiesPerform all Quality Assurance activities.Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and work recommendations for Management team to review / resolve.Communicate any key insights to the Management team and ServiceNow teamPerform Testing on SNOW stories and work with key business owners on required testing.Collaborate with teams to ensure ServiceNow data is well managed and adheres to nest practices for data governance. Identify areas which require standardization (process / procedures)'Work closely with program teams to understand their business needs, gather key requirements, and ensure all key stakeholders are aligned on project objectives and SNOW development activities.Help design, document, and maintain ServiceNow processes. Support the program Service Delivery managers to help improve procedure / process gaps and areas which require automation and innovation.Must be able to translate Business Requirements to ServiceNow RequirementsSupport technical development of technology upgrades and new technologies, gaining and maintaining stakeholder alignment (ownership, executive, senior management, team members) including testing, troubleshooting, and managing change impact on existing processes (Business and IT).Communicating with key stakeholders; program management, client, ServiceNow development team, etc.Manage small projects from planning through execution, ensuring deliverables are met on time and challenges are resolved.Continuously look for ways to improve processes related to asset management and program operations to increase efficiencies.Consistently document ways to deliver better value to the customer and end user environment. Bring these insights to the program management team.Define reporting and alerting requirements (as needed)Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.Provide support on Change Management activities.Act as the key point of contact between business and technical teams, helping to ensure that development and projects are on track and aligned with business goals.Effectively manages risks and benefits to assure the business and its customers are not negatively impacted.Manages multiple demands and maintains forward progress on assigned work.Comfortable working under pressure. Minimum Qualifications : Knowledge of ServiceNow and ability to write ServiceNow stories for grooming and developmentExperience in overseeing design, development, testing and implementation of ServiceNow development.Experience in eliciting and testing ServiceNow development stories.Experience and knowledge in generating process documentation.Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions in data visualization techniques and tools.Strong understanding of data governance principles and the importance of data accuracy and clean-up processes.Experience in creating project charters, process diagrams, functional specifications, report layouts, training materials, use cases, and system text scripts.Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and use-friendly language.Experience in a Business Analyst role or similar, with a focus on gathering and documenting Business Requirements.Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate with different teams.Strong project management skills including planning and communication of status.Exceptional communication skills. Proactively communicates, not leaving stakeholders with uncertainty regarding status. Knows what type of communication is suited to different situations (i.e., phone call, meeting, e-mail, Teams chat, text message, etc.).Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.Problem-solving mindset, able to work with others to find solutions.Comfortable taking initiative with a good sense of when escalation / discussion is needed before acting.Works in a graceful, positive, and confident manner with patience and flexibility. The projected compensation range for this position is $106,900.00-$177,900.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary / hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
