What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Analyst position at ManTech?
ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Business Analyst to join our team in Ft Detrick, MD . This is a hybrid position with three days onsite and two days telework weekly. Expanded telework options are available for exceptional candidates on a case-by-case basis.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Operate both independently and in a team environment to ensure mission requirements are being met in a timely manner
Communicate critical technical feedback effectively with various government and contractor support personnel, Developers, Business Analysts, Testers, Engineers, Operations Administrators, and Leadership
Work with Product Owners and stakeholders to establish and groom Epic, Feature, Capability and User Stories describing outcome-based acceptance criteria using “given / when / then” construct
Evaluate documents and tests implementation to ensure all criterion are met, to include UI standards, definition of done, and acceptance criteria
Minimum Qualifications :
A bachelor’s degree in information systems management or 7 years of experience in information technology systems development and support
At least 1 year of experience as a business analyst on an agile team, Scrum or Kanban
Experience with Defense Medical Logistics – Enterprise Support applications and support of DoD medical treatment facilities
Experience or knowledge of SAFe Scaled Agile Framework
Preferred Qualifications :
- PMP, Scrum Master and SAFe certifications

Physical Requirements :
Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer
The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and clients, which may involve delivering presentations ad must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
