About the Role:
The Mantey Heights Rehabilitation & Care Center seeks an experienced rehabilitation professional to serve as our Rehabilitation Services Manager. In this critical leadership role, you will oversee the Occupational, Speech, and Physical Therapy staff who provide high-quality care to patients of all ages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of therapists to ensure effective patient care and department operations
- Develop and implement department policies and procedures
- Collaborate with administration, medical staff, and nursing staff to achieve community goals
- Provide direct care to patients as needed
Requirements:
- Must possess current and unencumbered licensure in Physical Therapy or Physical Therapy Assistant
- Three to five years of clinical experience, preferably with geriatric populations
- At least one year of supervisory experience
