As a Senior E-Billing Manager, you’ll play a critical role in overseeing the firm’s billing operations and driving financial efficiency, while partnering with attorneys, clients, and internal teams.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the full e-billing cycle: invoice preparation, submission, tracking, and follow-up
- Ensure invoices align with client-specific billing guidelines; resolve discrepancies or rejections promptly
- Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and internal teams to troubleshoot and streamline billing processes
- Maintain accurate billing records and ensure timely, error-free invoicing
- Supervise and mentor the billing team, driving operational excellence and efficiency
- Analyze billing reports and metrics to improve processes and support revenue growth
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client billing inquiries, fostering strong relationships
- Provide ongoing training and support to the billing team on systems, tools, and best practices
What You Bring
- Proficiency in Elite 3E billing software (required)
- At least 7 years of billing experience, preferably in a law firm setting
- Solid understanding of legal billing practices, compliance, and client guidelines
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to guide, motivate, and develop a team
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- High-level Excel skills and familiarity with financial reporting tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
