Your Mission

• Champion safety and neatness in our workspace.
• Masterfully set up CNC machines like lathes, horizontal mills, and vertical mills for efficient and secure operations.
• Create and validate component layouts, ensuring optimal material use and capability for machining.
• Skillfully handle CNC machines, turning your expertise into perfectly machined parts.
• Refine CNC programs to enhance precision and boost production output.
• Apply your strong mathematical prowess to measure and calculate dimensions and tolerances.
• Use precision tools to verify each component meets our stringent quality standards.

Qualifications We Seek

• Completion of high school or possession of a GED.
• Certified as a PA State Approved Journeyman Machinist or Journeyman Tool & Die Maker.
• Able and ready to undergo a required physical exam.
• G and M code knowledge is advantageous.
• Proficient in interpreting complex blueprints.

Physical Requirements

You'll need to be ready for an active role:

• Frequent standing, walking, and bending during your shift.
• Capability to lift and manipulate items weighing up to 70 pounds.
• Fine motor skills and acute vision for precision work.

• Diagnosing and resolving equipment issues
• Comprehensive CNC tooling expertise

• Holding a Journeyman's License

• Mastery in machine setups for production runs
