Objective:
Respond to customer requests and concerns, quote pricing, and process orders. Post payments received and collect past due payments.

Essential Duties :
- Respond to customer requests and concerns, quote pricing and process orders. Post payments received and collect past due payments.
- Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads utilizing many different sources.
- Makes outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers by telephone and e-mail to qualify leads and sell products.
- Handles inbound calls to convert calls into sales. Quote prices, estimate delivery dates and prepare sales orders.
- Prepare and mail product literature, manuals and catalogs. Works with Sales and Marketing personnel to keep literature up to date. Keep up-to-date on new products and sales promotions.Maintain and update customer account files.
- Process credit applications, check credit with bank, obtain reports and give to CFO for credit approval. Inform customer of credit approval/denial.
- Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned..
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
Experience:
Minimum of four years of customer service experience. Good computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
