Salary range is expected to be between
$51,975.00 USD - $86,625.00 USD

Position Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Global COO, including calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting.
- Act as a gatekeeper, prioritizing and managing incoming requests, emails, and calls.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Assist in meeting preparation, including agenda setting, briefing materials, and follow-ups.
- Perform other duties as assigned, such as taking minutes of meetings, or other administrative functions to support departmental meetings.
- Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive business matters.
- Acts as back-up to other Executive Assistants on team.
- Support operational processes, tracking key deliverables and milestones.
- Assist in managing relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Help manage NYC office in partnering with other EAs, corporate real estate and vendors.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and enhance efficiency.
- Schedule and organize internal and external meetings, including logistics, venue arrangements, and materials preparation.
- Take minutes and follow up on action items from leadership meetings.
- Plan and coordinate executive off-sites and business events as required.
- 5 years of executive assistant experience, preferably in financial services, asset management or financial services.
- Strong ability to manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and high-volume correspondence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom, Concur).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and exercise sound judgment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a high-pressure environment.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
