About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Service Advisor to join our team at MAP Automotive Group. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude and directs them to the appropriate person or location.
- Determines if customers have an appointment and records their name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing vehicle damage.
- Maintains a clean and safe service drive area, free of dirt, water, leaves, snow, etc.
- Controls service traffic flow and parking.
- Assists service advisors when needed.
- Cleans and washes customer cars and loaner fleet.
- Adheres to all customer service processes.
- Gas vehicles as needed.
- Maintains and cleans the car wash bay and service shop.
Requirements:
- Self-motivated and fast-paced individual.
- Punctual and professional in conduct and appearance.
- Willing to submit to a drug screen and background check.
- Must have a clean and valid driver's license.
