**Job Title: Club Administrator**
**Job Description:**
This role is responsible for overseeing various administrative tasks related to the efficient operation of the club. This position is a crucial role in maintaining excellent customer service, managing finances, coordinating events, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Financial Management:**
- Process invoices, member payments, and vendor payments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Handle petty cash and maintain accurate records.
- Monitor and manage liquor inventory, including ordering liquor as needed.
- Order miscellaneous supplies required for daily operations.
2. **Customer Service:**
- Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests.
- Address inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
- Maintain positive relationships with members, vendors, and fellow staff.
3. **Administrative Tasks:**
- Send out statements to members and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Manage social media platforms to promote club events and engage with members.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating club house events
- Assist in the execution of tournaments and outings as needed
- Maintain accurate records and databases related to club operations.
4. **Compliance and Safety:**
- Execute monthly fire extinguisher and emergency exit compliance checks.
- Ensure adequate supply of first aid materials and perform regular checks on first aid supplies.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in a club or hospitality setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
