What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Time Receptionist position at Maple Leaf Pet Corner?
- Provide top-notch customer care
- Be attentive to client and pet needs
- Identify and work compassionately with clients in various emotionally states
- Answer and triage phone calls for clients
- Schedule appointments and procedures
- Check-in clients
- Monitor client flow from check in to discharge
- Client call backs
- Managing record requests between other hospitals and practices
- Provide client education in out services and products
- Assist in cleaning the clinic including but not limited to: reception area, bathrooms, exams room and kennels as needed
- Process payments
- Maintain proper documentation
- Computer Skills: Must be a quick learner and able to learn the client software programs
- Other duties as assigned by doctors and management
