What are the responsibilities and job description for the Support Staff position at Maple Mountain Recovery?
Maple Mountain Recovery is looking for self motivated staff to work our night shift.
Maple Mountain Recovery is looking for support staff to help our clients heal from past trauma and addiction. We are a sixteen bed facility that focuses on treating the trauma and underlying issues of addiction. As a support staff you would have a number of duties to ensure that our clients are safe. They include but are not limited to:
- Making sure all of the clients are accounted for and safe.
- Performing drug tests on our clients.
- Assisting clients in getting to groups on time.
- Transporting clients to outside appointments.
- Room and building searches.
- Assisting our clinicians to create a therapeutic environment for our clients.
Last but certainly not least is being a positive support as our clients are working on their recovery.
Maple Mountain Recovery offers competitive benefits. Pay will depend on experience. The position will require a drivers license and a good driving record. We love hiring people working a recovery program but do require at least one year in recovery.
