Responsibilities
- Manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements using Outlook Calendar.
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, handling inquiries with professionalism at the front desk.
- Transcribe meeting notes and prepare reports, ensuring accurate documentation of discussions and action items.
- Coordinate projects by tracking progress, deadlines, and deliverables while providing updates to stakeholders.
- Utilize DocuSign for document management, ensuring timely execution of contracts and agreements.
- Maintain office organization by managing supplies, equipment, and administrative tasks to support daily operations.
- Assist with personal tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to go above and beyond in support of the executive team.
Skills
- Strong office management skills with a focus on efficiency and organization.
- Proficiency in transcribing documents accurately and promptly.
