JOB DESCRIPTION
Marathon Press, Inc. is looking for a 1st Shift Press Cutter who will work alongside a creative team to develop high-quality products for our clients. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, comprehend & follow instructions, and be punctual.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Produce Quality product
- Able to use a ruler with accuracy
- Able to maintain an excellent production rate while maintaining high-quality standards according to client specifications & company guidelines
- Follow all safety and operational procedures
- Ensure proper cleanliness of the machine and immediate work area
- Excellent communication skills
REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- Able to work independently
- Must be mechanically inclined
- Willing to learn hands-on as all training will be provided on-site.
- Able to lift 40 lbs throughout a shift
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Experience in manufacturing
- Knowledge & Experience in Digital Printing and Graphic Design plus 1 year of experience as a Machine Operator*
