We are looking for a Safety Coordinator to join our factory safety team!
In this role, you will ensure that the necessary safety measures are being met while interacting with various groups and areas.
The Safety Training Coordinator will be responsible for providing safety training to team members, ensuring that they understand the safety protocols and procedures in the workplace.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs for employees
- Create training materials and presentations
- Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed
- Maintain accurate records of employee training and certifications
- Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs
Requirements:
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a MUST
- Computer knowledgeable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
