Join Our 2025 Winemaking Team
We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented harvest interns to join our team at Marcassin Wine Co.
About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, yet unhurried winemaking environment. As an intern, you will be part of a small team and will be involved in all aspects of our harvest production process, including bottling.

- Cap Management
- Fermentation Monitoring
- Lab Chemistry/Microbiology
- Barrel Work
Requirements
We are looking for candidates with a minimum of one vintage prior experience. You should be self-motivated, have a strong desire to learn, and possess the ability and willingness to lift 50lbs repeatedly and climb stairs.
A degree in Enology or a related field is preferred but not required.
Duration and Schedule
This position will start late July and run through October, depending on the timing of the harvest. You can expect to work up to 90 hours per week for several weeks, including weekends.
