About Us
Outpost Wines is a small, reputable winery located on Howell Mountain in Angwin, CA. We specialize in producing high-quality wines, including Cabernet, Zinfandel, Grenache, Chardonnay, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc.
About the Role
We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Harvest Interns for the 2025 harvest season. As an intern, you will be responsible for assisting with fruit processing and cleaning tasks. Depending on your experience and skills, you may also be assigned other vineyard and cellar duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning and helping process fruit
- Assisting with vineyard and cellar tasks (dependent on experience and proven capabilities)
Working Conditions
The internship will involve working outside for extended periods, often in varying weather conditions. You can expect to work 6 days a week, 12 hours a day during peak harvest seasons. Lunch, snacks, and beverages will be provided daily.
Duration and Start Dates
The internship will run approximately from September to Thanksgiving, with one position starting in May. If you are interested in starting in May, please specify this in your cover letter.
