We are pleased to announce an opening for the position of Client Onboarding Coordinator to join our team at March, a financial services firm specializing in comprehensive financial planning and wealth management. In this pivotal role, you will significantly contribute to enhancing our client onboarding initiatives. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will be essential as you manage various tasks aimed at streamlining the onboarding process and ensuring client satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with both internal teams and external partners, playing a critical role in ensuring that every detail is meticulously addressed for investment and insurance products.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the client onboarding process from the initial interaction through to the funding of their account
- Facilitate communication between advisors, clients, and external partners to ensure aligned efforts
- Collaborate with advisors to facilitate the opening of client accounts
- Frequent work within Salesforce and Redtail CRM
- Compile, finalize, and process all documentation related to the establishment of new accounts.
- Request proposals, illustrations, and any necessary reports for accounts/policies
- Follow-up with carriers regarding any NIGO (not-in-good-order) flags
- Reach out to clients to verify the information required for the paperwork of their new account or policy
- Track insurance approval process
- Work collaboratively with client service team to ensure exceptional client satisfaction
Requirements
- Experience in a client onboarding, client service, or administrative role, preferably in financial services.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar business submission software.
- Working knowledge of financial services industry and regulations (FINRA, SIPC) preferred.
- Working knowledge of life and disability insurance preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and willingness to take initiative.
- A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Due to the sensitive and confidential nature of some tasks, must be able to follow compliance requirements and maintain confidentiality of client data.
