Commercial Litigation Attorney - Seattle
Our client is a major international firm, seeking a litigation associate for its Commercial Disputes Practice in Seattle. The salary range for this position is between $220,000 - $330,000.
Qualifications
- 3-6 years of commercial litigation experience, including managing caseloads from start to finish, including conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, and representing clients in court.
- Experience preparing and arguing motions and briefs before state and federal courts.
- Experience developing and implementing case strategies; conducting depositions, witness interviews, and all aspects of discovery.
- Electronic discovery and litigation support tools experience is preferred.
- Health law litigation experience preferred [but not required].
- Excellent client-interfacing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills.
All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Salary : $220,000 - $330,000
