We're looking for an administrative assistant to work in our Frazee, MN facility.
You would be accountable for: Accuracy of data entered, Documentation, Technical computer aptitude (Using Microsoft products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Customer Communication, Company Core Values: Quality, Customer Focused, Integrity, PACT (Passionate, Adaptable, Creative Teamwork), Have Fun!, Professionalism
Job responsibilities are: Administrative support to the Director of Operations, Administrative support to other departments as required, Data Entry as assigned, Directing calls to the proper departments, Clerical – filing, lamination, engraving, etc., Creating documentation as requested, Providing customer support as required, Other duties as assigned
Requirements: Strong technical computer aptitude and knowledge of business tools (e.g. Microsoft products), 1 – year experience in an administrative role or an AS degree in Business Admin, Excellent administrative/clerical skills, Strong written and verbal , Communication skills, Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
