Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Gainesville, GA

Reports To: Executive Partners

Job Type: Full-time

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in full-service marketing, event planning, and social media management. This individual will work collaboratively across various departments and entities, ensuring brand consistency, driving engagement, and achieving marketing objectives.

  • Creative, innovative, and detail oriented with the ability to think strategically.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Proficient in marketing tools (e.g., social media management platforms, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

Full-Service Marketing:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across various channels to drive business growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement.

  • Create and oversee marketing campaigns, including email, digital advertising, print materials, and more.

  • Analyze marketing metrics and adjust strategies as needed for maximum effectiveness.

Event Planning:

  • Plan and execute social events that align with company goals, including product launches, client events, and community outreach programs.

  • Coordinate event logistics, budgeting, vendor management, and attendee engagement to ensure successful outcomes.

  • Promote events across all marketing channels, ensuring maximum visibility and attendance.

Social Media Management:

  • Oversee and manage social media accounts for multiple entities, ensuring content is relevant, timely, and aligned with brand voice.

  • Create, schedule, and monitor social media posts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and cultivate an active online community.

  • Analyze performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, ROI) and adapt strategies to improve results.

Content Creation:

  • Develop compelling marketing content, including blogs, social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.

  • Collaborate with design and creative teams to ensure high-quality, brand content.

Budget Management:

  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across campaigns, events, and initiatives.

  • Track expenses and report on marketing spend, ROI, and budget performance.

  • Ensure all marketing activities remain within budget while achieving desired outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

  • 3 years of experience in marketing management or a similar role.

  • Proven ability to manage social media platforms and content creation.

  • Strong event planning and coordination skills.

  • Experience in budgeting and financial management for marketing initiatives.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Office-based, some travel may be required
