- Be immersed in making an impact with data: Actively collaborate with other team members to solve real-life issues, access resources, and accomplish important goals that support stakeholders in gaining data and insights to make more informed decisions.
- Develop professionally: Assist in the preparation of customized data tables, reports, and dashboards.
- Foster connections: Grow your network as you meet with and learn from our Business Intelligence and Data Management teams, other back-office teams, and Mariner executives.
- Experience our ‘Giving Back’ culture: Engage with our Mariner Foundation through community involvement events.
- Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree with an expected, graduation date between December 2025 and December 2026
- Demonstrated leadership experience through work or extracurricular activities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Effective in communicating to a variety of audiences both written and oral
- Comfortable working with or learning (we provide training); Excel, Alteryx, Tableau, Snowflake, Salesforce, Orion, Smartsheet, and SQL. For this role, students from any major with an interest in data and business intelligence are welcome to apply. Relevant fields of study may include, but are not limited to: Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or any other major where you’ve developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
