JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal Assistant to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist in various legal tasks and provide support to attorneys in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to speak Spanish and have a strong desire to grow and learn. Your weekly salary will be commensurate with your experience.
JOB DUTIES:
- Draft motions and other pleadings. We will teach you.
- Coordinate depositions and attorney phone conferences.
- Speak with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in legal cases
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in a legal environment and able to speak Spanish.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written communication skills and customer service oriented
- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
- Proficiency in Court filings and Microsoft 365.
