Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage retail staff to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Train and evaluate employees to meet business objectives.
- Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting.
- Resolve escalated customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with our Berkeley team to enhance sales and merchandise.
- Organize store events to drive brand awareness and loyalty.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and promote brand loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail, high-end customer service, or high-end hospitality, styling, or jewelry sales.
- Ability to develop relationships with customers and create a warm welcoming environment.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Strong leadership qualities and creative eye for helping clients assemble their collection.
- People skills: identifying customer needs and maintaining long-term relationships.
