In 2021 we expanded to our second location at The Royal Poinciana Plaza in Palm Beach and will soon open our third location at the Ritz-Carlton Naples. The Opportunity:
Marissa Collections is looking for an organized and dynamic Boutique Manager for their new location at the Ritz Carlton Naples. This individual will collaborate closely with the Naples General Manager and store management team to achieve store goals, provide excellent customer service, and develop a strong dynamic team.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
The Boutique Manager is responsible for partnering with the General Manager to successfully manage all aspects of the business including achieving sales goals, identifying business opportunities, fostering client development and experiences, and overseeing store operations.
Leadership Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates an engaged management presence on the sales floor setting a standard of exceptional customer service and ensuring that all team members embody the core values of Marissa Collections.
- Manage, coach, train, and develop individual stylists to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Teach and manage relationship-based selling skills.
- Manage overall appearance of the store from visuals, displays, and overall merchandising.
- Responsible for the management and execution of jewelry-related processes and procedures
- Analyze store performance, identify opportunities, and propose solutions.
- Responsible for daily store opening and closing duties and procedures.
- Responsible for managing store operations and logistics.
- Provide detailed merchandise feedback to the buying team.
- Client development and communication.
- Coordinate client experiences.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Ideal candidate must possess 3-5 years in the luxury or jewelry business.
- Minimum of 3 years retail management experience required.
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekend and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
