Creative Coordinator
The Creative Coordinator is a dynamic role that bridges the creative vision of the studio with the strategic needs of eCommerce and marketing. This position ensures Marissa Collections’ visual and creative identity is consistent and compelling across all channels, both in-studio and on social media. Working closely with the eCommerce and Marketing departments, the Creative Coordinator collaborates on campaigns, product launches, and storytelling efforts to elevate the brand’s luxury presence online and offline.
As part of a collaborative team, the Creative Coordinator works closely with the Photographer, eCommerce & Marketing Assistant, and other departments to execute impactful campaigns, product photography, and storytelling initiatives that align with Marissa Collections’ luxury brand standards.
Responsibilities Include :
Creative Studio Coordination :
o Plan, organize, and execute in-studio photoshoots for eCommerce, marketing campaigns, and editorial projects.
o Coordinate with the Photographer and eCommerce & Marketing Assistant to produce high-quality product imagery and creative assets that align with the eCommerce and Marketing teams’ needs.
o Collaborate with the eCommerce and Marketing teams to ensure product photography meets brand standards and enhances the online shopping experience.
o Manage shoot logistics, including scheduling, models, studio operations support, product preparation, and supplies organization.
o Ensure timely delivery of studio projects and maintain brand consistency across all visual content.
o Partner with the Studio Director to innovate and refine creative approaches for studio shoots and campaigns.
o Maintain the studio space, equipment, and digital asset library for efficient and seamless workflow.
Social Media Content Creation & Management :
o Partner with the Marketing department to plan, develop, and execute a social media content calendar that supports campaigns, events, and seasonal initiatives.
o Create and curate visually compelling content for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
o Collaborate with the eCommerce & Marketing Assistant to monitor social media performance and engagement, refining strategies based on analytics.
o Partner with influencers, stylists, and collaborators to enhance Marissa Collections’ social media presence.
o Stay ahead of social media trends and apply best practices to continuously elevate the brand’s digital storytelling.
Collaboration with eCommerce & Marketing :
o Work closely with the eCommerce & Marketing teams, Studio Director, Photographer, and eCommerce & Marketing Assistant to create assets for digital campaigns, email marketing, and website promotions.
o Support eCommerce initiatives by ensuring product photography and creative content meet online merchandising needs.
o Collaborate with the Marketing team to align social media efforts with in-store promotions, trunk shows, and events.
o Actively contribute to brainstorming and campaign planning sessions, bringing fresh, creative ideas to the table.
Physical Requirements :
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. as needed for product handling, studio setup, or event preparation.
- Ability to stand, walk, or move around for extended periods during events or photo shoots.
- Experience :
- 1 year of experience in marketing, eCommerce, styling, or operations support.
- Experience with content management systems (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CaptureOne, Shopify, Microsoft 365) is a plus.
