Job Title : 2nd Shift Lead Stock Keeper
Hourly Rate : $18.00 / hour base 1.00 / hour shift differential $2.00 / hour Lead.
Schedule : Monday - Friday, (2 : 00 PM to 10 : 30 PM)
Job Summary :
Perform stockroom duties plus review various reports, investigate the reports' findings and assist in training new employees. Temperature controlled work environment.
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Expedite parts through the departments as required.
- Work closely with the crating and Quality Assurance departments to ensure a quality shipment to the customer.
- Perform causative research on cycle counts to determine causes of errors and recommend changes to procedures to correct them.
- Use personal knowledge and experience to identify and resolve problems as they occur.
- Review & take appropriate action on the following reports : shortage report, negative on-hand report, parts on-hand not yet located report, double issue report & work in process to move report.
- Investigate any discrepancies and determine corrective action in a timely manner.
- Pull parts for rework orders and complete paperwork for transfer from IRAD.
- Assist coordinator in the training of new employees as required.
- Perform duties of stock keeper, coordinator when assigned.
- Gather and disseminate work to a team.
