Key Responsibilities
Event Planning Support: Assist the Event Coordinator in developing event plans, timelines, and budgets.
Logistical Coordination: Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure all aspects of the event run smoothly.
On-site Support: Assist with event setup, registration, and guest services, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees.
Marketing & Promotion: Assist in the creation of event promotional materials, social media content, and email campaigns.
Administrative Tasks: Manage event-related documents, contracts, and schedules; maintain up-to-date records and files.
Post-Event Follow-Up: Collect feedback from clients and attendees; assist in evaluating the success of the event and prepare post-event reports.
