Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Call Center Agent to join our customer service team. As a Call Center Agent, you will play a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat. Your main responsibilities will include handling incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and efficiently
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely fashion to ensure satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and procedures to effectively assist customers.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
