Position: Barista
Location: Market 360 Newhaven CT
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks, coffee, and specialty beverages.
- Engage with customers, providing a welcoming and personalized café experience.
- Work closely with our bakery team to pair fresh pastries and breads with delicious drinks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards to ensure product quality.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous barista or coffee shop experience (preferred but not required—we’ll train the right person!).
- Passion for coffee, baking, and delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a handcrafted, from-scratch food environment.
