We are a Pacific Northwest transportation carrier with an immediate opening for a reliable Customer Service Representative who will also support our Management team to work in our Operations team located in Puyallup, Wa.
This is a full-time position with competitive pay based on experience. Our chosen candidate will be eligible for our employee benefits package which includes medical/dental/vision, PTO, and 401k.
We are searching for someone who has a bubbly personality, likes to function as part of a team, is a self-starter, has great customer service skills, notices the details, and values accuracy.
This is a full-time position with opportunity to grow.
Position Responsibilities:
• Accurate data entry and organization skills
• Capable of multi-tasking and juggling assignments
• Excellent customer service in person, on the phone, and via email
• Clerical duties including filing, faxing, scanning, etc
• Professional support of office and driver staff
• Ability to work well with a diverse group of people
• Working knowledge of AS400 / TMW a plus, but willing to train
Our Ideal Candidate is:
• Able to perform, but not limited to, the aforementioned tasks
• Skilled in working with computers, including Windows and Microsoft Office and AS400/ TMW
• Quick when learning new programs and processes
• Able to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing
• Have strong communication, customer service, and support skills
• Reliable and dependable with a history of very few missed work days
