You will work closely with the Event Manager and other team members to ensure successful event execution from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients to understand their event needs and preferences.
- Research venues, caterers, and suppliers to ensure the best quality and pricing.
- Support event setup, onsite coordination, and post-event breakdown.
- Help create event timelines, run-of-show documents, and checklists.
- Manage event supplies, decorations, and promotional materials.
- Assist with budgeting and expense tracking.
- Work with marketing and social media teams to promote events.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
