About the Opportunity :
Here at MarketOnce, we're in search of a meticulous and proactive Accounts Payable professional to join our growing finance and accounting team!
This role goes beyond invoice processing - you'll gain full insight into the accounts payable function while managing expense coding, vendor relationships, and providing critical support for month-end close and financial operations. Reporting to the CFO, you'll have the opportunity to enhance processes, work with advanced financial tools, and grow your expertise in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
What You'll Do :
- Review and process payments for a high volume of vendor invoices; assist in processing the weekly check runs and maintain vendor files; triage of received electronic and traditional mail invoices.
- Process vendor invoices and employee expense reports of high volume.
- Ensure timely and accurate payments, reconcile AP accounts, and resolve accounting questions.
- Prepare accounting statements and materials required for audits.
- Review financial status and progress, including past due reporting.
- Analyze reports for weekly bank reporting.
- Develop and maintain systems, procedures, and policies for accounts payable functions.
- Drive process improvements and procedures for vendor setup.

Salary : $48,000 - $60,000
