About The Sales Operations Manager
MarketStar is seeking a Sales Operations Manager who will play a critical role within our sales leadership team. In this role, you will be dynamic and creative, ready to tackle any challenge and make a significant impact. You must have the ability and initiative to understand critical sales needs, analyze issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to identify, enhance, and scale best practices. You should be self-driven with a high degree of ownership, possess strong business acumen, excellent communication and influence skills, and planning/project management skills. Additionally, you must be an effective collaborator, acting as a liaison between sales and other internal organizations to share and gather knowledge.

About The Sales Operations Manager
MarketStar is seeking a Sales Operations Manager who will play a critical role within our sales leadership team. What Will You Do?
- Partner with Business Leadership to identify and enhance business processes, systems, and frameworks
- Coordinate and collaborate with dedicated and shared business operations and enablement resources and support teams to build division-wide best practices and provide effective, efficient, and cohesive solutions to business challenges
- Establish operational excellence by engaging, assessing, planning, and executing on key business initiatives outlined and established by business operations and enablement org, program management, and Senior Leadership
- Effectively identify and focus on strategic business projects while communicating expectations to stakeholders
- Be methodical, analytical, and comprehensive when approaching business problems and proposing actionable solutions
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- 5 years experience in sales discipline, experience in sales operations preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Project Management experience preferred
- Direct, B2B, SaaS, or telesales experience preferred
- Experience leading a sales team or working in a sales support or operations role
- Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast paced, team environment
- Passion for process optimization, research & content strategy, playbook creation and messaging improvement
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively to MarketStar leadership, including Executive leadership, and MarketStar client contacts.
- Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed
- Internal applicants must be exceeding metrics in current position
- Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and Google products
