Marksman Security Corporation is hiring immediately for an entry level Recruiting Specialist who can deliver at a corporate level while streaming efficient recruiting and onboarding services for our clients.

Recruiting Duties:
- Ability to build strong relationships with recruiting colleagues, consultants, and candidates with a positive and open attitude.
- Attract, assess, and hire the best possible talent through ICIMS
- Manage a high volume of candidate data and keep up to date candidate information in our applicant tracking system (ATS). Maintain regular online job postings to advertise opening
- Coordinates with recruiting manager to determine best recruiting process for position(s)
- Source applicants resumes ensuring qualifications and skills for open positions through online channels, such as Indeed, and other job boards
- Maintains a calendar updated with candidates interviews
- Maintains high standards of confidentiality of all employee records and information
- Prepare new hire emails with information about the position, start date, work schedule, for first day of employment, etc.
- Generate and distribute tracking reports to the Recruiting manager.
- Organize and manage new employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs.
- Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind
- Organize mixers and activities for recruiting and internal/external office events such as job fairs etc.
- Provide assistance with internal projects when needed and be motivated to help
- Handle multiple phone calls while multitasking, continuous follow-up via phone, email, and texting with candidates who are already in your Recruiters pipeline, potential candidates from multiple sources
- Assist with background check and new-hire emails
- Assist with any other general office duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- At least two (2) years of Recruiting, Human Resource, or prior related experience in an office environment
- Prior experience in Security a PLUS!
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including but not limited to Word, Excel, OneNote, and Outlook
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment while maintaining strong attention to detail and time management
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Ability to apply common sense and understanding to interpret instructions and perform duties efficiently
- Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities to use time efficiently and attention to detail
- Must have excellent Sourcing experience
- ICIMs experience is a PLUS!
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)
