Hiring Sales / Account Manager / Director – IT SERVICES (Korean Bilingual), Piscataway, NJ (Remote for now in NJ)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Establish new client relationships, partnerships, and internal operations to identify needs, and implement solutions.
- Sell full range of solutions ranging from consulting, strategic staff augmentation, and custom development.
- Drive revenue by formulating strategies and tactical sales initiatives to stimulate growth and identify areas of opportunity.
- Lead incremental business by forecasting sales volume and workforce requirements to drive repeatable and long-term business.
- Maintain a close working relationship with key client executives and managers to understand delivery issues, address concerns and maintain customer client satisfaction.
- Enable further development of the client base by improving existing engagements through the sale of additional services.
- Effectively communicate to develop value-driven presentations and implement all trade show plans.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years experience in sales and account management.
- 2 years experience as at a reputed IT services organization.
- Proven track record of meeting quarterly and annual targets.
- Effective communication and presentation skills (i.e., ability to present ideas effectively in formal and informal situations in group and individual settings).
- Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills (i.e., ability to effectively plan, organize, and prioritize work, and to control and follow up to assure work completion).
- Demonstrated initiative (i.e. initiate appropriate action without being directed) and ability to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills (e.g., ability to work effectively on teams, communicate effectively, work/interact effectively and amicably with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures and with diverse personal attributes).
- Willing to travel on work as needed.
