This position is responsible for training, coaching, and developing and retaining the very best Sales Associates for the store and driving a high-level of performance among the sales team to increase sales effectiveness and exceed sales objectives for both new and used cars, while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
- Managing all areas of customer traffic : E-Commerce including digital retailing, Phone, and Showroom
- Assist the GM managing vehicle inventory including dealer trades
- Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
- Desk deals including structuring applications for lender approval
- Assist with appraising vehicles for trade
- Engage with customers throughout negotiation process
- Conduct informative and motivational sales meetings
