Great opportunity in the Scottsdale, AZ area! We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative! Our client recently acquired a new building and are looking to staff new roles.
This position would be assisting in the growth, sales, and customer service of two companies (1- manufactures custom metal parts. 2- elegant faucets).
The Inside Sales Rep will be responsible for :
CRM management
Customer service
Database management
Main point of communication with customers
Quote, lead, and referral follow-ups
Develop and grow sales and product knowledge
Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services
Identify and resolve client concerns
The perfect candidate would have a minimum of 2 years of customer service and inside sales experience. Good computer skills, excellent communication skills (both verbally and written), and excellent phone etiquette. This person will be professional with a motivation to learn and grow. Must be reliable and have reliable transportation.
The schedule would be Monday-Friday from 8 : 30-5 : 00pm
Compensation : $20-22 / hr depending on experience
Position type : contract to hire (fulltime). Hired on permanently after 90-day probation. Once hired, fulltime employees are eligible for benefits including : medical, dental, vision, 401K, sick and vacation time.
Salary : $20 - $22
