Responsibilities for Community Marketing Director : Cultivates relationships with community organization that yield referrals and admissionsRepresents center in community at targeted eventsFacilitates and holds a minimum of two monthly targeted community eventsAnalyzes referral and admission trends to determine weekly outreach and monthly sales planning goalsLeads and coordinates monthly support group that aligns with center specialty focusesDrafts and executes a Community monthly business planIdentifies and coordinates advertising opportunities for communityLeads team in identification of opportunities to showcase center services, community engagement, testimonials, and consumer satisfaction on social media channelsMaintains an active LinkedIn presence in representation of center services, community engagement, etc.Meets and exceeds budgeted census expectations from Community Contacts i.e. Assisted Living, Home Care, Geriatric Care Managers, etc.Maintain networking base in the community through health fairs, job fairs, trade shows, business organizations and local association meeting as requestedWork in tandem with Admissions Director in development of community marketing planBe a liaison with Agencies on Aging and Care Managers, i.e. community based Senior assistance programsFollow-up and communicate with potential clients / applicants on a regular basis until they have convertedParticipate in evening and weekend events as neededAlways maintains confidentiality of all applicants / employees / clients / residentsResponsible for social media updates, pictures, promoting events, and obtaining reviewsOther duties as assigned.Qualifications for Community Marketing Director : Minimum 2 years in a related Admissions or Business Development position within long-term care or related healthcare setting.College Degree preferredSales experience, particularly in health care services, products or pharmaceuticals is desirableFamiliarity with long-term care and / or health care services usefulPrevious health care community relations experience.Must have a strong sense of urgency, self-motivation, and goal orientation.Ability to work flexible hours, as admission / marketing responsibilities may dictate.Benefits for Community Marketing Director : Tuition reimbursement Employee referral bonus Health, vision, and dental benefits 401(k) with match Employee engagement and culture committee Company sponsored life insurance Employee assistance program (EAP) resources Join our team at Briarwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, and come see why we stand out from the rest.
