About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned General Manager to join our team and take on a key leadership role in the operation of our resort.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless delivery of all aspects of resort operations, including guest services, food and beverage, housekeeping, maintenance, and security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and customer service.
- Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team of resort staff, providing coaching, feedback, and training as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of resort operations with company goals and objectives.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will need to possess:
- A minimum of 8 years' experience in resort operations or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
